BEST™ vertical winding machine’s spindle drive utilizes a high-power variable frequency servo motor paired with a high-precision planetary reducer, while the core rotating component at the bottom employs a large, high-precision, heavy-duty slewing bearing. Even at extremely low speeds (such as 0.1 r/min) and under extreme conditions with loads reaching tens of tons, our equipment can still output a constant, pulsation-free, powerful torque. The end face runout and radial runout of the winding disc are strictly controlled within the micrometer level, ensuring absolute precision in the height and concentricity of the coil winding.
