BEST™ high-voltage wire winding machine features a unique design in its mechanical structure and control algorithm. The machine body utilizes a single-piece cast iron bed, equipped with a high-rigidity electric locking tailstock to lock the spindle radial runout to the micron level. For multi-strand winding operations, BEST™ has developed an independent intelligent tension pay-off system, coupled with an advanced wire-laying compensation algorithm. This provides independent and precise servo reverse tension for each parallel conductor while achieving a tight, uniform arrangement of fine wires with an accuracy control of ±0.01mm.
